We collect the information needed to run your study account, we use it to operate and improve the Service, we do not sell your personal information, and you can ask us to delete it. This Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions.1. Who This Applies To
This Policy explains how HPG Brokerage, LLC(“we,” “us”) handles personal information when you use pass.hpgbrokerage.comand the study service available through it (the “Service”).
2. Information We Collect
- Account information you give us — your email address, and (at purchase) your name, billing address, and phone number.
- Study data the Service generates as you use it — lessons completed, questions and flashcards answered, scores, readiness, and your target exam date.
- Content you submit — text you type into the tutor or other input fields.
- Payment information — processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card); we never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical information — standard log and device data (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically to keep the Service secure and working.
3. How We Use It
To create and maintain your account; deliver the Service and your access term; save and sync your study progress across devices; process payments; provide support; secure the Service and prevent abuse; improve our study material and features; and send you service messages such as sign-in codes and account notices.
4. Calls and Text Messages
We use your email and, where provided, your phone number for account and service communication. We will not send you marketing calls or text messages without your prior express consent. If you ever opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
5. How We Share It
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Service — for example payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, hosting, database, and the software that powers our tutor and grading features — and only so they can perform those functions for us. We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.If we use analytics or advertising tools (such as website pixels) that may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act, we will identify them here and provide a way to opt out.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your account and study data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to support renewals, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@hpgbrokerage.com, and we will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To exercise any of these, email hello@hpgbrokerage.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Where Data Is Stored
We store and process information on systems located in the United States. By using the Service you consent to that storage and processing.
10. Children
The Service is for adults preparing for a professional licensing exam and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and material changes take effect on the schedule described in our Terms.
